How long are Personal Training sessions?

55 minutes for Personal Training. Sport Specific Training sessions may be longer, depending on the type of sport you are preparing for. Adventure training, hiking/trekking time frames are dependent upon the client's time frame, level of fitness, goals. All other programs are 55 minutes.

How should I prepare for a training session?

Be prepared to answer a general form which requires your current health status, medications and any injuries past/present. Think about what you would like to achieve with your training sessions. This will help your trainer personalize your workouts.

How long are active rehabilitation sessions? What is "active rehab"?

30 - 55 minutes. You will be guided through exercises specific to your injury. These exercises are to help you regain strength and range of motion in the affected area. In addition, muscle imbalances that have developed due to the injury will be addressed.
