How long are Personal Training sessions?

How long are active rehabilitation sessions?

30 - 55 minutes.

How long are classes?

Yoga is 75 minutes. All other classes are 55 minutes.

How often should I train?

Ideally 3x per week, and on the inbetween days you should stay active doing your favourite activities; walking, running, swimming, biking, hiking. It is important to incorporate stretching everyday.
